30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

EU/EEA & UK Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and return them within a further 14 days, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement (including return shipping).

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
